The children of Aruchour have few toys. A packet of balloons we took on our last visit provided fun, games and happy laughter for several days.

"View from my door" - When visiting Aruchour you never find yourself lost and alone - someone is always coming to smile at you, to look at you, or just to sit with you.

On my last visit to Aruchour, I found these classrooms at Ghante School. Teachers were apologizing there were so few pupils. "Many parents keep them at home when it is cold and wet" they told me.


Aruchour Visit – February 2010

Our first meeting with the Executive Committee for TPN in Aruchour in February 2010. The members are all wearing TPN shirts a gift from the Trustees in England. The lady committee members received TPN bags.
